Return & Exchange Policy

We take pride in sourcing high-quality fine jewelry pieces. Due to the nature of our work, we have the following return and exchange policies:

All sales are final for customized, sale, and layaway items. These pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

Non-custom, unworn items may be eligible for an exchange or store credit within 3 days of delivery, provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must use an insured shipping method. CaratsandCaffeine is not liable for lost or damaged returns.

We no longer offer resizing options.

Layaway Policy
Layaway is offered to existing clients or new clients with references. A typical layaway period is over 3-4 monthly payments. If a longer layaway timeframe is needed, please reach out. First payment is a non-refundable 20% deposit after both parties have agreed upon a layaway schedule. If layaway payment invoices are not completed within 5 business days, the buyer forfeits all funds paid towards item. Forfeited funds are not eligible for store credit.
